EPOXY COATING

Most widely applicable material against corrosion.This is resin-based coating with high mechanical and good chemical resistance. it is solvent free, clear / coloured Epoxy coating System, which is ideal for Floors, vessels, effluent & waste water tank etc. used as protective coating. it is genraly two or three coat system. This is ideally suited for dust prevention in normal to moderate loading condition, as well as protecting surface from chemical spillage, aggressive environment etc.

Sikafloor 105
This is resin-based coating with high mechanical and good chemical resistance. This is ideally suited for normal to moderate loadings in different industries.

Sikafloor 7530
This is a resin based textured floor coating. Extremely tough and antiskid, this is ideal for coating of all storage, warehouses and service rooms. Ideally suitable for wet areas.

Sikagard 63
A high build epoxy based protective coating, which provides a hard, glossy film with excellent resistance to abrasion and attack by acids, alkalis, solvent, oils, grease, fuels, chemicals, etc. it is used for high-level protection of concrete and steel surfaces such as tanks and silos, walls and floors in chemical, Fertilizer, and pharmaceutical industries.

Floor 261 (S)
This is resin based self smoothening floor topping available in thickness reneging from 0.35 to 2 mm. It is ideally suited as durable flooring for moderate to heavy loading for pharmaceutical and food industries. This is the right flooring where high degrees of aseptic and hygienic conditions are desired.

Floor 261 (Anti Skid)
Abrasion resistant and non-slip floor topping of thickness 4 to 6 mm, where a heavy-duty flooring is required. It is suitable for workshop, warehouse, lodging bays, rams, etc. and where clean room environment is necessary.

EpoCem

This is the new generation of epoxy-resin modified cement-system, which are extremely user friendly and offer high degree or reliability. Positive physical properties of CEMENT and positive chemical properties of water soluble EPOXY RESIN are combined to produce second generation of Epoxy-cement system – EpoCem

EpoCem products are based on a modular binder component and powder mixture containing cement and fine aggregate. The binder component is a aqueous emulsion of epoxy resin and specially developed highly reactive water disposable polyamide hardener.

ANTI-CORROSIVE COATING

Sikagard 67
A solvent free water based epoxy resin waterproofing and protective coating for concerted rendering , stone, asbestos, cement, steel surfaces. Sikagard 63

Sikafloor 81 EpoCem
An advance generation flooring combining the benefits of epoxy and cement laid with a self-leveling thickness of 2 mm. It can be applied even on wet surface, subsequently furnished with resin based coating and topping products. This is a foolproof system against debonding of resin based flooring due to osmotic phenomenon.

Sikafloor 82 EpoCem
this is heavey duty screed in Epocem range flooring with a thickness of 4 to 7mm duly finished with any of the floor coatings.

Sikafloor 83 EpoCem
This is extra heavy duty flooring within the EpoCem range with a thickness of 8mm and above. Coated with floor 105, it provides for a screed flooring, aesthetically superb and ideally suited machine shops, warehouses, assembly shops, loading ramps and tool room.

Sikafloor 93 primer
This is an exclusive specialty material from sika. This is the only moisture insensitive epoxy system available.

POLYURETHANE - ANTI FUNGAL
ANTI BACTERIAL COATING

A one component ready to use finishing/ smoothening material for indoor and outdoor plastered surface before application of decorative coating it needs only water to be mixed. It can be tinted with market available strainer for water-based paint. In the tinted form it can be used a decorative coating also. In that case no extra painting is required.
